The prices we charge for online transactions are those shown on the website at the time you place your order.
All prices are shown in UK Pounds Sterling and all transactions are carried out in that currency.
Payment
You can choose from the following ways of paying online:

Minimum Order
All orders must total a minimum of £5 before postage.
Postage and Packing
Postage and packing charges are as follows:
For orders up to £10.00 postage and packing is £3.50
For orders £10.01 - £15.00 postage and packing is £4.05
For orders over £15.01 postage and packing is £6.95
Delivery
Your order will normally be dispatched to you within 28 working days.
Refunds & Cancellations
With all online sales, if it is necessary to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible 0n 0845 2417 690. If goods have already been despatched a charge may be incurred.
If we have not yet processed your order, we will accept a cancellation without charge.
Distant selling regulations
Customers have the right to cancel an order within 7 working days from placement of the order.
Returning Goods
Faults should be notified to Essex & Herts Air Ambulance Trust prior to return.
Goods can be returned as 'unsuitable' within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
· Customer must contact Essex & Herts Air Ambulance Trust prior to returning goods.
· Items must be unused and in their original condition.
· Items must be returned in original packaging.
· Goods must be marked 'Returns'.
· Goods lost in transit will only be refunded on proof of postage.
Goods marked as 'non returnable' in the in the catalogue cannot be returned for hygiene reasons - unless they are faulty.

Damaged Goods
If goods are damaged in transit we will replace them. If we are not able to offer a replacement in good time, we will refund your payment in full.
Duplicate Orders
If you accidentally submit two orders for the same product, please let us know as soon as possible. If we think that you have accidentally duplicated an order we will contact you before we process the second order.

This site collects log information about the numbers of visitors, pages visited and so on for the purpose of understanding the effectiveness of the website and for improving the quality of service. This information is amalgamated for analysis purposes. We do not track the surfing habits of individuals.
We ask for your name, address, telephone number and email for the purpose of fulfilling your order, sending you the confirmation emails, and for contacting you to resolve queries on your order form. We may also use this information later as a quality control check on our own service, e.g. to check you received goods as ordered etc. We will NOT use your contact details to send you information about the Essex & Herts Air Ambulance Trust unless you have opted to receive such information. We will not pass your details on to third parties.
We ask for your credit card billing address if the billing address is different from the address you have given us for correspondence, delivery of goods, etc. This is because the banks often ask us to confirm this address when we process the credit card transaction, as an additional security check.

This is a recognised industry-standard used to ensure the privacy of the transaction and it is approved by the banks and credit card issuing companies for this purpose. We take great care when we have your credit card details in our possession. We do not resend them by email and we only store them in an encrypted format in a strictly controlled and password protected area. Once we have completed the transaction, we delete your credit card details from our system.
Suspected Fraudulant Use
If you think your credit card has been used fraudulently on a web transaction, please contact your card issuing company immediately. Under these circumstances, your card issuing company will normally arrange for you to be re-credited in full. If you think that your credit card has been used fraudulently to pay for something at this site, please also contact us immediately. We will always fully cooperate with the banks, card issuing companies, police and other authorities to help them track down perpetrators of credit card fraud.

Measurements and weights are given where appropriate and are approximate. All product measurements are available from customer services.
